Orders: when you check out, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to process and deliver your order.

Contact: when you message us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or our contact form, we receive the details you choose to share.

Newsletter: if you join the HerEase community, we keep your email address to send you updates.

Your bag: your shopping bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you return.

Payments are processed securely by our checkout and payment providers. HerEase does not store your full card details.

Only to process and deliver orders, respond to your questions, handle returns and, if you have opted in, send updates. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store, such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and delivery partners, and only for those purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Under POPIA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
